How to Use

Chew 2 gummies daily with food. For periods of increased sun exposure, begin approximately one month beforehand and continue for three months.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not take on an empty stomach.

These gummies supplement but do not replace topical sunscreen. Apply a suitable SPF daily and reapply regularly.
